Lothian and Borders Presbytery is exploring routes by which non-ordained people can become more involved in worship and pastoral aspects of the church, Many charges around the presbytery already have worship leaders or lay pastors but it isn’t always clear what the difference is.

This short film puts four questions to two lay pastors and two worship leaders. The answers will help to understand the difference and maybe signpost a path by which people can become more involved in their church and community.
